You’ll see already that we’ve gotten a facelift! We’ve designed a new user interface that allows you to create an account to manage your own event design boards and bag submissions.
Shop Tents & Everything Under It!
We now offer you one-stop shopping for your event. As a division of PEAK Event Services, Newport Tent clients now have direct access to more expansive tent rental options as well as the region’s largest selection of event rentals, including tables, chairs, specialty linens, tabletop items, furniture and more, making it easier than ever to plan, design and execute memorable events.
Our bag submission process is an upgraded “Wish List” that results in you getting an accurate quote from one of our Event Rental Consultants. We know you are busy, and we want to make the event rental process as easy as possible. Create a bag and submit it directly from your desktop or mobile device and someone from our team will contact you within 24 - 48 hours with your quote. Click the Bag icon in the top right-hand corner or add items to your bag as you browse to start the process.
Boards are our most exciting new feature because they let you design your event with the products you know you want to rent. Create new looks for each occasion or season, or replicate a look you’ve fallen in love with from our selection of pre- curated boards. Add items to your boards by clicking the heart icon in the top right-hand corner of a product image, or the grey heart button in the product page. To view your boards, click on the heart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
